Access Group View Only access to Accounts / Contacts
Dear community,
we need to give view only access (read only view) for all Accounts in Oracle Sales Cloud.
We have created 2 custom access groups and performed the below actions:
- Add manually a user in the group members section
- Add an object rule with Access Level = Read
Both access groups are active and published. However the assigned member (user) view the accounts/contacts fully editable.
We followed the same steps in order the user to have read only view in opportunities and it worked fine.
The user has the below roles:
- Resource
- Employee
- PII Privileges
- Sales Manager
Could you please help me ?
