The compa-ratio of team members is not being displayed for managers in 'Compensation Info'.

In Responsive UI, the compa-ratio of team members is displayed for managers in 'Compensation Info'. In Redwood UX it is not being displayed on the seeded page. I checked in VB and it is set to Visible in the Default rule and we do not have set any other rules. I'm curious if others observe the same issue.
