After performance document completion, Goals are editable in goal page

Hello all,

We would to ask for a clarification regarding the editability of goals.

To be more specific, the manager is able to edit the goals that are assigned to the direct report in order to complete his task (manager evaluation task) in Performance page.

After the employee provides the final feedback and the performance document status is completed, the manager is not able to edit the goals through the Performance page as expected.

Although it seems that if the manager navigates to the Goals page he still has the ability to edit the goals of his direct report.
