While Evaluate Group Membership running, does employees still have access to timecard?

Currently we have 5 Evaluate Group Membership processes scheduled in the late evening, 9:30PM, 9:45PM, 10PM, 10:30PM and 11PM. We are thinking about scheduling 5 others for mid-day, around noon time daily. We are not sure if anyone will temporarily lose access to timecard as these processes are running at the middle of the day? We want to confirm this before scheduling additional processes.
