Mass Document type update : Restrict Update and Delete for all employees for all existing documents

Summary:

Hello,

We need to restrict Update and Delete for all employee roles and all documents, but still let them create documents.

We can restrict these options in Update Document Type for each existing document :

We have some difficulties with this solution :

We have really many HR and Manager roles and we also create new ones.

We also have really many existing document types.

This solution make us add all these roles to the field "Excluded from restriction" for each document type and add new roles in each document type each time we create them.

Could you please sugest if we can Restrict Update and Delete (but not Create) for all existing documents and for all employees roles by mass ?
