Copy Previous timecard problem

Hi,

The time layout set of timecard periods between 10/16~11/15 and 11/16~12/15 are the same in timecard, i've saved the 10/16~11/15period timecard, but when i added 11/16~12/15 timecard and click on 'Copy Previous Timecard', it didn't work, please see the screenshots.

But when i added 12/16~12/15 timecard and copied previous timecard' was available, is there any way to solve this problem?
