Bussiness rule is failing in Performance document approval rule

Hello Team,

We have implemented a rule that confines the approval process to the CEO. The rule has been validated successfully without any errors. However, we are encountering a failure in the transaction when the approval is initiated. If anyone has insights into this issue, your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Below are the details of the rule.

Rule 1: Approval should not be directed to the Manager's Manager if their designation is CEO.Task.Payload.Requestor's Manager.result.Job Code != "Chief Executive Officer (CEO)" - Rule 1 - Manager approval

Rule 2: Approval should automatically self-approve when the Manager's Manager holds the designation of CEO.Task.Payload.Requestor's Manager.result.Job Code == "Chief Executive Officer (CEO)" - Rule 2 - Self auto approval
