Can we create an absence approval which route to Dotted Line Manager & then to LM.

Summary: We want to create an approval rule for absence. If any employee raise an absence the approval should route to Dotted Line Manager (if the employee has any in the system) & then to Line Manager.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We have created a Lookup of Dotted Line Manager & there are few employee only who have the Dotted Line Manager (DLM) & Line Manager. The requirement is to route the absence approval to DLM first & then to LM whenever employee requests absence from the system.
