Goal ratings based on the goal weights

Hello Experts!!

In our current system the goals are calculated as below

Weight of Goal one =60% / Rated:5

Weight of Goal two =30% / Rated:3

Weight of Goal three =10% / Rated:2

Final Calculation:5*(0.33)+3*(0.33)+2*(0.33)=3.3

But we want the goals to be calculated based on the goal weights (as below)

Weight of Goal one =60% / Rated:5

Weight of Goal two =30% / Rated:3

Weight of Goal three =10% / Rated:2

Final Calculation:5*(0.6)+3*(0.3)+2*(0.1)=4.1

Can someone please help achieve the proposed goal calculations?
