nBoxCellAssignments and performanceRatings sections are not returning data

Get all talent ratings (REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Get all talent ratings) is not returning any data for nBoxCellAssignments and performanceRatings sections. As per the images below, the person_id highlighted has nBox cell assignments and performance ratings and the rest api doesn’t return any data through Postman.

The user that is used to authenticate in Postman has the roles ORA_PER_HUMAN_RESOURCE_SPECIALIST_JOB and ORA_HRC_HUMAN_CAPITAL_MANAGEMENT_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB already.
