PER_EXT_ASG_CONT_RESP Array behaviour

Summary:

Need a fast formula which would return the HR Business Partner of an person.

So input is person_id of a person whose HR BP Needs to be fetched and output is person_id of HR BP of the person.

HR BPs are different for different people as they are different for every department.

This Array does not have two person Ids . I would expect it to have person id of the rep and person id of the employee

So irrespective what I write it returns only one name for all employees.

I need the HR Bps name to be printed in promotion letters
