Where can I find release notes on the Redwood View Compensation Statements page for Line Managers?

Summary:

When accessing the "View Compensation Change Statements" Redwood Page as a Line Manager, the only results are the logged in user (when removing direct reports filter). If I go to the Workforce Compensation plan as same person and view statements, the direct reports' statements are there. So I feel like I'm missing some type of REST privilage.

However, I can't find any release notes on this page. Does anybody have any insight to what is needed to make this page work?
