Manual Section Rating Disabled for Questionnaire in Performance Template Section

Hi,

We have a requirement where we want to enable the manual section rating in questionnaire. However, when we are trying to create a new performance template section with section type as "Questionnaire" manual section rating option is not editable.

Can you please suggest how can we enable this option for questionnaire.
