Summary:

Disable triggering of Salary Change Life Event when Salary is changed during Transfer / Promotion Action performed from Oracle Recruitment Module. Earlier we use custom Fast Formula to avoid triggering of Life Event for Offer assignments in offer stage, however, we started setting ORA_BEN_SKIP_VALIDATION > ‘DISABLE_OFFER_EVENTS_CHECK’ to Y once Oracle added the functionality. However, this above configuration only works for Life Events related to assignment table (PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENT_M), but not with Salary changes (CMP_SALARY). We expect, the above mention lookup should work for Salary Changes as well.
