Reassign New Hire Checklist Template
Summary: We have implemented a custom template for new hire contingent workers (CWR). Upon hiring, a transaction appears in the transaction console indicating that a contingent worker has been added and the workflow has been completed by the system. The line manager then receives a notification to complete a checklist. Our request is to allow an admin to reassign this checklist to another line manager if the original line manager is out of office (OOO). However, we encountered an issue where the transaction does not appear in the transaction console; only a notification is received without any actionable item.
