Not able to translate all Budgets fields of the workforce compensation

Bonjour all,

we need to translate the workforce compensation Budgets fields in French. We arrived to translate most of them except "Department" and "Eligibility status" (in yellow in the screenshot).

If any one knows from where in workforce compensation plan we can perform this task it would be very helpful
