Unable to see employee accruals in ESS but can see from admin view

Summary:

Hello, employees can only see their carryover and absence but not the projected accrual and because of this their net entitlement is wrong in ESS.
Any ideas why and how this can be fixed.
Accruals have not been run for them but I assumed it will still work as it works in admin view
