Unable to hide blue banner in performance document

Hi Experts,

I need to hide the blue banner that you see in the screenshot. I tried with page composer but if I hide it, it disappears in the Share and Release task too, and I cannot perform the action with the button "share and releae". I need an EL expression but the following is not working:

#{!(pageFlowScope.pTaskCode == 'WSEVAL' AND pageFlowScope.pTaskCode == 'MGREVAL')}
