Is there any configuration for transfers of balances between enrollments in the same plan?

Our scenario is that we have employees with multiple assignments enrolled in PTO plans. For a better user experience we have their enrollments on their primary assignment only (employee may report absence for any eligible assignment, but has only 1 balance for the plan). In the case of a primary assignment change the employee's enrollment on the old primary assignment is ended, and the person is enrolled in the same PTO plan on the new primary assignment. In this case the balance on the previous enrollment is "orphaned" and must be manually moved to the new enrollment. Transfer rules on
