Employee Unable To Apply Absence Though There Is Adequate Balance

Summary:

We have a qualification plan with Calendar Year and employee has enough balances but employee unable to apply the Absence.

Employee has 2 Absences in Aug-2024 and trying to apply 1 day for 14th Feb , receiving below error.

Error

You can't add this absence because your balance for the plan TOIL Accrued Time Off DE will fall below the minimum limit. (ANC-3405370)
You already used up your plan balance to enter an absence for the TOIL Taken DE absence type that starts on 08/15/2024.
