Fast Formula and Configuration to End Rates on 3rd pay period end date

Summary:

Client wants the Benefit Rates to end on the third pay period end date after the life event occurred date.

For example,

Termination LE 9/30/2024

9/30/2024 – 10/13/2024 1st pay period contains life event occurred date

10/14/2024 – 10/27/2024 2nd pay period

10/28/2024 – 11/10/2024 3rd pay period

Rate End Date should be 11/10/2024

At the program level, I have configured the Termination of Employment LE, using the Enrollment Period for Plan for the Retirement Plans

The following fast formula runs fine in Evaluate Formula, but when we evaluate the life event in enrollments, it sest the Rate End Date to 10/31/2024 the End of month.
