No date appearing in 'Date work must be submitted for approval' field in Additional Plan Information

Summary:

We would like managers to see the Plan Due date when go into Additional Plan Information but cannot figure out where to populate this date for it to display. We are testing this on the Redwood Additional Plan Information page but the same behaviour can be seen on the non-Redwood version.

We entered a Default Due Date that is not appearing anywhere on the plan information

We enabled the Plan Information task and selected the Manager Due Date checkbox

When navigating to Plan Information using the Act as Proxy Manager feature, we do not see a date populated.
