We need to create an Executive Admin role in New Redwood pages with the following requirements:
- The Executive Admin should be able to edit, save, and submit timecards for any assigned Sr. VP or above using the Add Team Time Card screen and Team Time Card Screen.
- Timecards submitted by the Executive Admin on behalf of a Sr. VP or above should be assigned to that Sr. VP (or higher) for final submission.
- The Executive Admin should not have access to approve or reject timecards.
Essentially, this involves hiding the Approve and Reject buttons on the Redwood Team Time Card page for the Executive Admin, while still keeping them accessible for OTL Admins.
