In the performance document only the weights of the common objectives are added

Hi all,

I created two goal plans, one with common goals and one with personal goals that are added by the manager.

Then I added the two goal plans to a performance document assigned to an employee.

The weight of common goals is 65% and the weight of personal goals is 35%.

My problem is that only common goals add up.

Why this happen?
