HDL Template to Remove External Assessor Feedback from BePCB Performance Evaluations

We have received a request to remove external assessor feedback from staff performance evaluations in the BePCB system. Since there is no integration between the external system and Oracle for automatic deletion, we will need to manually remove the feedback once it's deleted in the external system. can i get the HDL template to achieve this task.

Business Scenario:

External assessor feedback that was removed in a third-party system must also be manually deleted in Oracle to ensure it no longer appears in staff performance evaluations.
