Viewing Accrual plans by period

Summary:

Good afternoon.

We have a client who is asking us to control the accrual plans (vacations) by periods, based on Colombian legislation, in which vacations are accumulated and controlled by period, with the accumulation being displayed and the requests being controlled by period.

Taking as a period the start date: the date of hiring and the end date of the period the date of the collaborator's anniversary.

The above taking into account that Oracle currently controls the balance of the Accrual plans (vacations) as a current period (current accumulation) and takes the previous balances as a pool without giving the opportunity to know the periods in which said balance has been accumulated and/or affected.
