Performance Review Workflow
Summary:
I am trying to remove the 'manager confirm meeting held' step in the workflow but keep the employee confirm meeting held.
I am also trying to remove the 'employee acknowledge performance doc' if there is a way that after the 'manager shares doc' it could just automatically appear for an employee to move to sign off and final comments?
We received feedback during midyear that there are too many steps in the workflow that feel unnecessary and these were the two trends on comments.
So ideally remove workflow step 3 and workflow step 6 if possible and if that would effect any other steps?
