Absence Records Missing Sections

When navigating to Absence Records, via Person Management or Absence tile, we receive the following error in our browser, not from Oracle;

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #19

If you click ok, you are able to access Absence Records, but the page is missing sections such as the functionally to update Absence Balances (see picture below).

We have confirmed it is not a security issue. The issue was temporary fixed with changing the assignment category, but that is since not working. Has anyone run into this issue before?
