Goal section is not available while creating a new goal plan in Redwood UI

Summary:

We are creating a new goal plan in under My Client Groups → Goals → Goal Plans (+Add).

In the New Goal Plan page, I am expecting to see a section for Goals to be added to the goal plan. But it is not available.

However the Goal section is available when I open an existing goal plan.
