Enable Job Descriptions in Employee Self Service

We would like to explore the possibility of allowing employees to view job descriptions in employee self service. The below MOS doc indicates that we can.

Talent Management is a Prerequisite. But We do not subscribe to goals/performance management. We need to understand if privileges can be added to the employee role without triggering “unexpected usage” of those modules.

If yes what additional configuration required other than our current job model profiles?
