Too many records are stuck in the monitor of transfer time cards at the INITIAL_SELECT status.
Summary:
Some of the time cards are not transferring time data to the appropriate time consumers. On a daily basis, we have to clear/reset the transfer. An update in the time card would cause a status change from Approved to Submitted or Saved, and the transfer process would fail, causing that time card and subsequent time cards to get stuck in INITIAL_SELECT (an intermediate transfer status).
Once the time cards are stuck in this state, they won't be picked up by subsequent transfer processes. Therefore, we need to reset the transfer status manually, which is a manual task.
