Fusion benefits - End date a standard rate attached to an active Ben plan

Summary:

We have had a residual rate (Stop loss) tagged to an active benefit plan which we are requiring to remove. Would like to know what would be the steps to have this stopped from being assigned to ees going forward. Also, as we have processed OE, the current enrolments, element entries corresponding to this rate is end dated 12/31/24 and new ones created eff 1/1/25. Please let me know on the following -

  1. Steps to remove the rate being listed in ee enrolments beginning 1/1/25 and beyond
  2. Now that OE has been run, can we end date the rate prior to 12/31/24?

Note: This a ER rate of type Other, we have skip rule in place to prevent being picked up in payroll.
