Load Old Goals and Performance Ratings in system

Hello All,
Client has migrated to HCM since last 2 years, now they want to have the goals and performance assessed in their old system to the current HCM module.
Is there a way to migrate Goals, performance, employee ratings and comments, manager ratings and comments, participant feedback in our HCM system?
