Can we have multiple Performance Calibration worksheets having different rating distributions.

Summary:

One of our clients has the following requirement for Performance Calibration.

Rating Distribution is different for different sets of grades, There are 3 categories:

Rating distribution1 - Applicable for Grades 9 to 13 Managerial Roles

Rating distribution2 - Applicable for Grades less than 4 to 8 Non Managerial Roles

Rating distribution3 - Applicable to employees with specific Job

Note the rating model values and levels are the same only the Rating distribution is different hence we have 3 different rating model

1. Managerial, 2. Non Managerial.
