Make the compensation module as read only for those that have a cust Human Resource Specialist Role.

Summary:

We have created a custom HR Specialist role which is identical to the seeded HR Specialist role. As part of Segregation of duties, client wants the role to have read-only have access to compensation pages such as Individual compensation, etc. How can we do that.
