Absence Query to calculate monthly accruals as of the previous month

Hi,

We have requirement where we want to have the monthly accruals calculated as of the previous month. For eg on Nov 1st, it calculates the accrual as of Oct 1st as of the previous month.

Can you let us know if this is feasible.
