Best Practice to run Evaluate Group Membership process
Summary:
What is the better practice to run this process on a daily basis, to ensure that everyone is in their correct HCM group?
As of now we run this process manually on Monday/Thursday to include all new hires, however If it holiday on those days , we schedule it on the next to capture new hires.
Can you please help me with the best practice to schedule this process so that every new hire/s gets included joining any day of the week?
