Element Entry is getting end dated in the same year after running next year Compensation cycle.

We have Bonus Compensation Plan which has 2 cycles for year 2024 and 2025. We are transferring the final bonus amount for 2024 cycle. Now we need to divide this amount into 3 installments which shall be paid in June 2024, December 2024 and Next Year December 2025. The element entry should end date on 31/12/2025, but when we are running the cycle for 2025, the element entry is ending on 31/12/2024.

We tried this by changing the compensation cycle dates, but it is still ending with the current year.

Is this there feasibility to achieve this requirement.
