change the initial balance of a Absence Plan

Hello Everyone,

I enrolled the employees into an Weekly Accrual Incremental Absence Plan and loaded some absence balances into it effective from the enrollment start date as the Initial Balance. Now, we want to change the initial balance value but unable to. how to change the initial balance value.
