Evaluate Absences ESS Schedule

Can someone confirm if it is okay to schedule the Evaluate Absences ESS job to run every day? If so, when exactly should it run - what is recomended?

We recently had an issue where absences were not processed and employees were able to schedule more than what they accrued at the beggining of year and their balance details was not reflecting all the absences they had taken.

After running the evaluate absences job, people's balances changed and the balance summary/details page got updated to show the correct details. This caused some people to go in negatives so that's why we are thinking to schedule this process every day. If someone can confirm this is fine to do, that would be great.
