Ability to select Effective Start Date (Back dated) for Individual Compensation using RUI

Hi Experts!

Unable to Select "Effect Start Date" as back dated when HR select Individual Compensation.

Example: New starter Hired on 2/Oct/2024 and Individual compensation plan was not added.
Now HR Admin trying to Add "Individual compensation Plan" Effective from hire date. However, by default system is selecting today's date and no option to select as 2/Oct/2024 (back dated).

Also, when we try to use advance search using RUI, still it's selecting today's date.

Do we have possibility to select backdated to submit Individual Compensation?
