Can we implement Multiple carryover Expirations?

We have absence configuration from 01-jan-YYYY to 31-dec-YYYY. We have setup carryover expirations for specific period of 6 months. So, whatever leave carryover from previous period is expired on 30-June-YYYY. But, we have one more scenario, we can adjust the leave balances for employee on 01-jul-YYYY based on employee request & these adjust balances to be used before 30-Sep-YYYY or else this adjusted balances will expires on 30-Sep-YYYY.
