Hi Experts:
We have two sick day plans, Plan A and Plan B, linked with Absence Type C. Plan A is priority 1 and Plan B is priority 2.
Employee John Doe is enrolled in Plan B with a positive balance. When submitting Absence Type C, we get the error message 'You can't record this absence because the employee isn't enrolled in or eligible for any absence plan' (ANC—3405033). Is there a solution for this error or do we create a new absence type for Plan B only?
