Confirmation to HRBP, when manager provides Low rating in Performance document

Hi,

We have a requirement, when Manager provides rating in Performance document, then approval will go for Manager's manager. After approval, if Manager provides Low rating (Poor performance) in performance document, then confirmation should go for HRBP for only who has low rating.

Can we sent confirmation to HRBP if Manager provides low rating (Poor Performance)?
