We are having the next issue when we are tryng to update the accruals after a global transfer

An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194)

Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module ProcessesCommon, Method executeAbsenceFastFormula and Error Exception during fast formula execution. ORA-20001: Context PERSON_ID wasn't set when used at line 62 of formula LRT_PLAN_ANNIVERSARY_DATE. Details: All database items context values must be set when using the database item. All formula functions context values must be set when calling the function. Context values can be set within a formula using a CHANGE_CONTEXTS statement. When writing formula make sure all the required context values are set.
