With BI, single document for e-sign to be shown in multiple languages

We need single document to be presented in multiple language as per preference language of the user. We are using rtf template and changed target language to 'fr language code' from 'en' then as shown in picture translated line appears to all language user but we want to manage in such a way that language should change dynamically as per users preference language while he/she e-signs document.

Can you please help translation of e-sign document for user as per preference language.
