Redwood Helpdesk Customization

Hi Team,

Our third party support team customized the page to disable few fields and category is populated based on the business unit. I would like to make category and descriptions are required fields. If I open the page to edit in visual builder studio, that customized page is not populating, but instead its showing additional pages. Since I am new to this, I want to understand if I am doing correct way.
