Not able to update Sales order line EFF attribute from Order Fulfillment Response Service Webservice

Summary:

  1. We are calling "Custom Task" in orchestration which will call "Order Fulfillment Response Service" to update Sales order line EFF attribute.
  2. External integration is called from custom task.
  3. But this integration is not able to update Sales order line EFF Attribute.
  4. Orchestration step shows "Started" status but after that nothing is happening.
  5. Integration is calling webservice "Order Fulfillment Response Service" and this integration is not able to update EFF attribute.
