Is there a feasibility to have a calendar view that provides visibility to the managers of same LOB

Paid time leaves are not visible for all managers from an LOB. This incident is to request a calendar view that provides visibility to every manager of the same LOB to be able to see approved, denied, and requested paid leaves regardless of if those are under their hierarchy.
