Absence Entry is duplicated for a particular Assignment while trying to apply for Long Term Leave

Summary:

Hi Team,

Whenever an employee is trying to apply Long Term Leave, a particular Assignment is getting duplicated. When we Click on Advance Mode we can see 2 rows for same Assignment for the same date. Employee has 3 Active Assignment out of which only 1 is getting duplicated.

Has anyone experienced the same? What could be the issue? Attaching a document for your reference.
